1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of services within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the project work has started or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

For monthly marketing or maintenance services, clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid recurring charges.

2. Refund Policy

Since we provide digital services, refunds are only applicable under limited circumstances.

• If the service has not been started, a partial or full refund may be approved.
• No refund will be issued once the project has entered the development, design, SEO, or marketing phase.
• Customized services and digital deliverables are non-refundable.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
